SSA OnePoint Online support services

In an ongoing effort to enable our Customers to move Forward Faster, SSA Global will unveil the redesigned SSA OnePoint Support website on December 5th 2005. With new features and a streamlined user interface, the SSA OnePoint Support website is now more powerful and better configured to meet your needs. Key Enhancements include:

 

v      Enhanced inquiry logging system with the option to have your primary SSA Global Product, version and release details default automatically during inquiry entry.

v      Enhanced file attachment functionality providing you the option to add an attachment to a specific inquiry activity record, as well as to access files attached to specific inquiry activity records by SSA OnePoint Support.

v      Enhanced Inquiry Search functionality with the option to create, save and reuse queries so that you can quickly access both open and resolved inquiries.

v      Enhanced Knowledgebase functionality providing the following:

    • The Solution search will be driven by your Licensed Product set to ensure faster more accurate results.
    • The option to set your preferences to view query results by modification date as opposed to score.
    • The option to set your preferences to view a solution summary in addition to the solution title which will enable you to quickly determine if a solution closely matches your issue.

 

These are just a few of the many enhancements that have been made to SSA OnePoint Online in response to our valuable Customer Feedback.

 

A comprehensive online guide to the new site will be published during the week of the 21st November after which you will be invited to register and view the new site.
